Antonina Santalova

Antonina Santalova holds a BA(Hons) in Linguistics, an MA in Economics/International Marketing, an MPhil in Comparative Social Policy, and a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Oxford. Currently serving as Academic Dean at the Glion Institute of Higher Education since April 2023, Antonina previously held the position of Dean of the Doctor of Business Administration Program at UBIS, where significant growth of the program occurred under leadership. Other notable roles include Director of a Research Institute and University Lecturer, focusing on research methodology and leadership, alongside various academic and management positions at the University of Oxford. Antonina's extensive experience spans project management, strategic research, and international education, including significant contributions to organizations like USAID and various academic institutions.
