J.R. is currently the Director of Business Development - Community, Civic & Cultural at GLMV Architecture, where they are responsible for developing economically viable plans and managing turnkey projects. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Joiner Brothers Property Group, focusing on the development of investment properties in rural communities. J.R. also served as the Principal Consultant at JB Planning Services, specializing in grant-writing and strengthening development activities for non-profit organizations.
