Susan Smith has over 10 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. Susan began their career as a Compensation Manager at the City of Wichita in 1988 and later became a Human Resources Manager at The Wichita Eagle in 1994. In 1999, they joined GLMV Architecture, Inc. as the Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer.
Susan Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Wichita State University, starting in 1978 and completing their studies in 1983. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Wichita State University, ending their studies in 1989. Additionally, in December 1996, Susan obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
