Lauren (Bosco) Carroll

Lauren (Bosco) Carroll has held various positions in the legal field since 2003. Lauren began their career as an intern at New York Law School in 2003. In 2006, they were an Associate Attorney at Mendes & Mount, LLP and Associate Counsel at Bernstein Liebhard & Lifshitz. Lauren then moved to ICAP North America in 2007 as an Associate Counsel and ICAP Electronic Broking LLC in 2010 as a Business Manager. In 2012, they became the COO of MyTreasury and held this role until 2015 when they joined R3 as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. In 2019, they became the General Counsel, MarketAxess Rates & Assistant General Counsel, MarketAxess at MarketAxess and the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel, LiquidityEdge at LiquidityEdge. Currently, they are the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at GLMX - Access, Automate, Analyze.

Lauren (Bosco) Carroll attended St. Joseph Hill Academy, followed by Boston College, College of Arts & Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts. Lauren then attended New York Law School and earned a Juris Doctor. Lastly, they attended University College London without earning a degree.
