Erica Schecher, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Erica currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Glo Skin Beauty, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, Erica worked at Turbine Labs for four years, starting in 2017. During their time there, they held the roles of Director of Employee Experience Director & Chief of Staff, where they led strategic structural pivots, doubled headcount, and established HR infrastructure. Erica also worked as a Data Journalist, utilizing AI-powered software to vet critical information. Erica has also had experience in the beauty industry as a Hair & Makeup Artist and Beauty Industry Entrepreneur from 2007 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a College Representative in Community & Educational Affairs at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in California from 2016 to 2017. Erica began their career as a Graduate Instructional Assistant and Communication Tutor at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where they worked from 2014 to 2016.
