Raz Elispur

Raz Elispur serves as the Head of Video at Gloat since January 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the video department, defining its strategy and visual identity, and leading creative campaigns in collaboration with the product team and customers. Previously, Raz worked at Kaltura from January 2020 to January 2022 as Video Production Manager, shaping the company's visual identity and overseeing video strategy to maintain brand consistency. As a Video Creator at Kaltura, project management spanned the entire production process, including marketing content and product demos. Raz's earlier experience includes producing social media content as a Camera Man and Video Editor at KAN - Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation and managing classified operational footage as a Videographer in the Israeli Air Force from 2011 to 2014. Raz holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed in 2019.
