Eric Dorré has a long and successful career in the financial industry. Eric started as an Analyst at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants in 1998 and was promoted five times in seven years to Principal. In 2005, they became General Manager at Applied Minds, where they implemented discipline for resource planning and project delivery that led to a 4x increase in the firm's profits. Eric then moved to Virtu Financial in 2006 as SVP of Business Development & Strategy, Managing Director of Europe/Asia-Pacific, and Head of the London Office. During this time, they planned and operated the entry into Europe and Asia-Pacific regions, which became 40% of the firmwide profit within three years. In 2012, they became Director of European and Asia-Pacific Markets and Head of the London Office at RGM Advisors, LLC, where they re-aligned the international operating model to an "eat-what-you-kill" and "if not me, then who?" culture. In 2015, they became Fixed Income Market Structure and Regulatory Change at Deutsche Bank, where they led the bank's largest and most complex regulatory change program ever - MiFID II - successfully delivering it on time and under budget. In 2017, they became an Advisor, Interim Manager, and Board Member at Highbury Associates, LLC. In 2018, they joined SIX as Head of Equities - Swiss Stock Exchange, Techstars as a Mentor, and Globacap as a Board Member/Non-Executive Director. In 2021, they became a Partner at Further Advisory.
Eric Dorré received a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Decision Sciences from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
