Zuzana Novotná

Zuzana Novotná has a wealth of experience in the sales and operations fields. Zuzana began their career in 2006 as a Real Estate Agent for CENTURY 21, where they determined clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions, as well as performed comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value. In 2008, they joined SVF International as an International Purchasing Specialist and Assistant Vice President Sales, where they reviewed requisitions, estimated values according to knowledge of market price, directed and prepared budgets, transferred and oversaw international bank accounts, and worked with the Vice-President to establish performance indicators for staff and projects. In 2010, they became a Senior Sales Coordinator & Key user for S/4Hana and Sales Coordinator at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, where they were responsible for execution and coordination of MTU power generation sales, coordination and supervision of junior sales staff, and end-to-end order management. In 2020, they joined TotalEnergies as a Senior Front Office Sales Support Administrator, where they built and maintained strong relationships with key customers and consultants, and produced and despatched of contracts and supporting documentation. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Sales Operations Manager at Elmo Motion Control, where they defined and implemented best practices for measurement, reporting, analysis, and data entry of key sales indicators, enforced sales data accuracy and standards, built and maintained the sales operations tool and processes, and solved complex operational problems. Zuzana is currently a Revenue Operations Manager at Globacap.

Zuzana Novotná obtained their Corporate Economics and Management degree from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Dominik Tatarka German-Slovak Bilingual Secondary School from 1996 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Prince2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2014, a Prince@ Foundation in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2014, and an APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management from the Association for Project Management in February 2014.
