Ali al Hashemi

Ali Al Hashemi has extensive leadership experience in the defense and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the CEO of Yahsat Group since January 2013, where responsibilities include strategic oversight of managed services for military and governmental clients. Additional roles include Chairmanships at Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center and GAL, as well as board membership at The National Space Science and Technology Center. Previous executive experience includes serving as CEO of Thuraya Telecommunications Company and a Senior Associate at Mubadala Development Company, where Ali led multiple asset turnaround projects. Ali's professional foundation includes an MBA from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Higher Colleges of Technology.
