Camie Lamarche is an experienced professional in international affairs with a robust background in policy advising and governmental relations. Currently serving as a Spokesperson for the G7 Leaders Summit and as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Haiti Interdepartmental Task Force and Trilateral Affairs at Global Affairs Canada since May 2021, Camie has previously held roles as a Desk Officer for North Korea and a Junior Policy Advisor at the Permanent Mission of Canada to the United Nations. Prior experience includes positions as a Program Officer at the Canadian Red Cross and in operations at Global Affairs Canada's Office of the Minister of International Trade Diversification. Additional experience includes serving as a Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons and an intern at the European Committee of the Regions. Camie holds a Master's degree from Carleton University's Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and an Honours degree in International Studies from Bishop's University, complemented by an educational experience at Capilano University and Universidad Europea.
