Caroline Albert

Caroline Albert is an experienced professional in international relations and development, currently serving as the Directrice des programmes de coopération avec le Sénégal, le Maroc et la Tunisie at Global Affairs Canada since August 2020. Previously, Caroline held various leadership roles within Global Affairs Canada, including Head of Cooperation at the Canadian Embassy in Colombia and Deputy Director for the Economic Growth and International Financial Institutions. Caroline's earlier experience includes positions as Deputy Director for the West Bank and Gaza Development Program and Sector Team Leader for Sustainable Economic Growth at the Canadian Embassy in Sénégal. Caroline's career also spans roles at the Canadian Credit Union Association and the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Université de Moncton.
