Justine Bell

Justine Bell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both governmental and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Indo-Pacific Secretariat at Global Affairs Canada since 2008, Justine Bell has held various prominent roles, including Senior Policy Advisor and Senior Advisor to the Deputy Minister of International Development. Additionally, Justine Bell serves as a School Trustee and Vice Chair on the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board since February 2020. Justine Bell’s political engagement includes candidacy for the New Democratic Party of Canada in 2018-2019. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Carleton University and a degree in International Development from Dalhousie University.
