Kristin Harper

Kristin Harper currently serves as a Senior Trade Policy Officer in the Softwood Lumber Division at Global Affairs Canada, a position held since September 2018. Previously, Kristin Harper acted as a Liaison Officer for high-profile international meetings and worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, focusing on economic development and stakeholder relations. Kristin Harper has also held senior advisory and policy roles at Environment and Climate Change Canada and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and has experience as an Analyst at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Educationally, Kristin Harper holds an Honours BA from the University of Ottawa and studied Economics at Athabasca University.
