Nicole Hesz currently serves as a Senior Policy Development and Special Project Officer at Global Affairs Canada since April 2024. Previously, Nicole held the position of Senior Policy and Program Analyst within the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat from March 2023 to April 2024. Prior to that, Nicole worked at Shared Services Canada in various roles, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, Human Resources Team Lead, and Human Resources Advisor from July 2019 to March 2023. Nicole's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Advisor and Senior Human Resources Assistant at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada from March 2013 to November 2019. Nicole holds two Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Management, one from Université TÉLUQ and another from UQAM, and completed education at HEC Montréal between April 2020 and January 2022. Nicole acts with considerable independence and judgment as a key point of contact for assigned client groups, providing timely and accurate advice on various administrative and operational issues.
