Stephane Roberge

Stephane Roberge currently serves as Directeur adjoint, Haïti at Affaires mondiales Canada | Global Affairs Canada since December 2023. Prior to this role, Roberge held multiple positions at Élections Canada, including Deputy Director in the Strategic Management Office and Senior Advisor in International Affairs from August 2018 to November 2023, leading the International Affairs Division. Roberge's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Development Officer and Team Leader at Global Affairs Canada, as well as roles as First Secretary for Development in both the Pan-Africa Regional Programme and CIDA's West and Central Africa Regional Program. Roberge holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval.
