Steph Sprott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international affairs and development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Associate Assistant Deputy Minister for International Security at Global Affairs Canada, Sprott has held various positions, including Deputy Director in both the Conflict Prevention, Stabilization, and Peacebuilding Division, as well as the International Climate Finance Division. Prior roles include Senior Policy Advisor for Cyber Security at Public Safety Canada and Senior Project Advisor with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Sprott's career spans significant international development project management experience across multiple countries, complemented by a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Global Development Studies and Political Studies from Queen's University.
