Mike Carneiro

Mike Carneiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the DMV and investigative services sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of DMV Services at Global Agility Solutions since April 2025, Mike also owns and operates LES Investigations LLC as President since March 2017. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of DMV Services at IPS Group, Inc. and was the Director of DMV Relationship and Data Management at Law Enforcement Systems LLC for over 13 years. Mike’s career began as a Sales Analyst at Harlequin Sales Corporation, followed by a managerial role at Affiliated Computer Services. Mike pursued education in Criminal Justice at Colorado Technical University, completing an AS/BS program between 2008 and 2009.
