Lena Weber

Lena Weber is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business development with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Global Talent Partner at Global AI Hub since June 2022, Lena actively engages in employer branding and collaborates with HR Managers to develop talent acquisition strategies. Previously, as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, Lena led recruitment initiatives for Research, Strategy, and Marketing services, advising business leaders on talent strategies. Lena's career at Roche involved Strategy Business Development where meticulous sales reporting and strategic planning were key duties. Earlier roles at Novartis and the University of Zurich established a foundation in sales and marketing, contributing to driving sales growth and managing key accounts. Lena holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Management and Technology from EPFL and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, complemented by a High School Diploma from Das K+S Gymnasium.
