A significant part of Ian's career includes a long tenure at Collinson, where duties as Sales Development Manager spanned nearly three decades from February 1994 to February 2022. Between 1989 and 1994, Ian worked at American Express Travel as a Travel Training Manager, focusing on soft skills training. Ian's career began at Hogg Robinson Travel, where responsibilities as Branch Liaison lasted from October 1977 to March 1989. Education was completed at Heath Clarke High.
