Randy Stiles

Randy Stiles, Director of Commercial Growth and Operations for Global Alliant, Inc. leads our commercial line of business from business strategy, growth, to execution. Randy has over 25 years of IT experience working in diverse sectors, from healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and public sector clients. Randy takes a servant leader approach and strives to help clients solve the most complex problems to deliver the highest value. He is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience leading people and projects, analyzing problems, implementing solutions, and overseeing long-term strategic programs. Randy is a dedicated agilest that manages cross-functional expertise and teams utilizing Scaled Agile Framework, scrum, hybrid-agile, iterative and waterfall methodologies. He strives hard to enable and equip clients to go beyond their believed capabilities.

Randy holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BS in Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is now pursuing a Masters in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. Randy also holds PMP, SCM and Scaled Agile certifications.
