Saravananathan (Nathan) started their career at Standard Chartered Cards Customer Service Unit, where they worked as an Executive Operations, utilizing technical skills in MS-Excel and Visual Basic to generate reports. Saravananathan (Nathan) then moved on to Frontline Corporation, serving as an Engineer and Technical Lead, providing support for VOIP and Microsoft products.
In 2005, Nathan joined HCL Technologies BPO Services Limited as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical support for internet services and managing a team of helpdesk executives. Saravananathan (Nathan) later joined CTE INC as a Sales Manager, responsible for identifying business challenges and driving the hiring process.
From 2009 to 2012, Nathan worked at Place Talent Inc as the Senior Director of Talent Management. Saravananathan (Nathan) played a significant role in talent management strategies and collaborated with HR and recruiters to place internal top talent.
In 2012, they joined Vedasoft Inc as a Director, where they worked closely with the senior practice team to identify strategic business challenges and deliver staffing success initiatives.
Currently, Nathan works at Global Alliant Inc as the Vice President of People and Delivery. Saravananathan (Nathan) also holds the position of Director, where they are involved in RFP development and pursuing opportunities with clients.

Saravananathan (Nathan) Subramanian completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Argosy University Washington, DC from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their MBA, they earned a B.E degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras from 1996 to 2000. Saravananathan (Nathan) completed their HSC degree in MPCB (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) at Savithri Ammal Oriental Higher Secondary School from 1994 to 1996. Before that, they obtained their SSLC degree from St. John's Senior Secondary School under the CBSE curriculum from 1982 to 1994.
