Verónica Miquilena

Verónica Miquilena has a diverse work experience history. Verónica started their career as a Responsible Administrative at Carlitos Bar c.a in 2016. From there, they joined Corporación Digitel in 2008, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist. Verónica'sresponsibilities included customer acquisition, sales of equipment and services, problem-solving, and administrative tasks. In 2018, they became an Academic Advisor at Global Alumni and eventually progressed to the role of Sales Team Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Operations Coordinator at Global Alumni.

Verónica Miquilena's education history includes various programs and certifications. In 2020, they completed a program called "Transformación Digital: Tecnologías y sus aplicaciones prácticas" at MIT Professional Education. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in "Customer Experience Management" from Esade. Additionally, they hold a diploma in "Planificación, Organización y Gerencia" from Gide Grupo integrado para el desarrollo de la empresa, and a degree in "Administración mención gerencia administrativa" from Instituto Universitario de tecnología Venezuela.
