Xavier Bustorff

Xavier Bustorff is an experienced leader in community management and support, currently serving as the Head of Community Management & Support at Global App Testing since February 2022, where responsibilities include building and leading teams for the recruitment and engagement of a global Tester Community of over 100,000 freelancers. Prior to this role, Xavier held various positions at Welocalize from August 2019 to February 2022, including Director of Community Experience and Head of Community Experience, focusing on strategic vision development, support for a community of over 30,000 workers, and technological innovation. Xavier's career began at Uniplaces, where roles included International Partnerships Manager and Customer Experience Manager, emphasizing team leadership, strategic partnership development, and customer service excellence.
