Ghanim I Shahri

Ghanim I Shahri possesses extensive experience in information security and governance, currently serving as the Head of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance, as well as the Head of Cloud Governance at Global Bank since September 2005. In these roles, Ghanim Shahri executes the functions of Chief Information Risk Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, leading an information security team to achieve departmental objectives while integrating security strategy with business goals. Previously, Ghanim Shahri held the position of IT Security Analyst II at American University of Sharjah from December 1998 to November 2001, where responsibilities included leading the information security team and implementing a comprehensive security system. Ghanim Shahri holds a Master's degree in Engineering System Management from the American University of Sharjah, completed between 1999 and 2001.
