David Metcalf

David Metcalf is the managing director at Global Blockchain Ventures. David has extensive experience in leading strategy and technology consulting for CLOs and learning executives at Fortune 500 companies. David also has experience in managing development teams for blended learning innovations in content, testing and certification. Prior to their current position, they were the supervisor/lead multimedia designer at NASA Kennedy Space Center. David led NASA's Design Engineering Contract Multimedia Laboratory and established some of the first multimedia-based Web-based engineering training. David earned their masters and Ph.D. during their time at the Kennedy Space Center. David eventually sold the lab to RWD Technologies in 1999.

David Metcalf has a Ph.D. in Information Systems from NSU, an M.S. in Computer-Based Learning from NSU, and a BA in Art-Computer Graphics from The University of Texas at Austin. David also has certification from University of Bath in Next Generation Biosecurity, Stanford University in H4D- Hacking for Defense and Diplomacy, and Stanford University, Steve Blank in Certified in Stanford/I-Corps Lean Startup Methodology.
