Previously, Jay founded Dhatha Agri Tech Private Limited, which supported over 500 farmers in Rural Karnataka by integrating advanced technology into agriculture. Jay’s experience also includes a role as a Research Consultant at IIM Bangalore, where responsibilities involved projects for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and BPCL, along with supply chain management. Prior roles at AXA and iGATE Global Solutions centered on process leadership and banking operations, respectively. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Analytics and Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA in Marketing from Periyar University, and a B.Com in Statistics from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
