Ashok Kumar Marthota, PMP® has over five years of experience in the engineering industry. Ashok Kumar began their career in 2016 as a Trainee at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Ashok Kumar then worked as an Intern at Ezenith Education, where they gained hands-on experience on engines and learned about new technologies and innovations. In 2017, they worked as an R&D Intern at TVS Motor Company, where they worked on a project on "Measurement of oil leakage through Seals" in the R&D department. From 2018 to 2021, they were employed at Larsen & Toubro, where they held the roles of Senior Mechanical Engineer and Graduate Engineer Trainee. Currently, they are a Project Manager at GBIT (Global Bridge InfoTech Inc).

Ashok Kumar Marthota, PMP® completed their 10th class at St Ann's High School in 2012. Ashok Kumar then went on to pursue Intermediate at Sri Chaitanya Junior College from 2012 to 2014. Ashok Kumar then graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from National Institute of Technology Raipur in 2018. In 2020, they began their Master of Technology (MTech) in Construction Technology & Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their educational qualifications, Ashok Kumar Marthota, PMP® has obtained several certifications, including an Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4 from LinkedIn in 2023, a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2018, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in 2022, and an AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
