Durga Pavan has had a varied career in the corporate world, starting with a role as HR Recruiter at Agma Systems in 2009. In 2011, they moved to Bonsai Consulting Inc. as a US IT Recruiter. In 2012, they joined Amtex Systems as a Sr. Resource Manager. Since 2013, they have been working at Global Bridge InfoTech Inc. as Manager - Business Development.

Durga Pavan completed a B.E in Computer Science & Engg from Anna University from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Siddhartha Public School.
