Kelsey Frenkiel

Kelsey Frenkiel is a seasoned professional in the field of sustainability and responsible tourism, currently serving as the Director of the Sustainability Program at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) since May 2022. Previously, Kelsey held the position of Director of Operations & Programs at the Center for Responsible Travel, contributing to policy-oriented research and solutions for the tourism industry. Kelsey has also accumulated diverse experience through various roles including Program Manager and Research Intern, as well as an Assistant position at Norie Quintos Media and Consulting. Kelsey's early career includes research roles focused on archaeology, conservation, and digital engagement, supported by a Master of Science in Primate Conservation from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from William & Mary.
