John Concordia

John Concordia is an experienced ticketing professional with a robust background in box office management and event programming. Currently serving as Ticketing Manager at Wellmont Theater and Director of Ticketing for the Global Citizen Festival in NYC, John has overseen the distribution of over 60,000 tickets and provided support to various venues in the Atlantic Region through a part-time role at Ticketmaster. Previous roles include Box Office Supervisor at CMAC, Assistant General Manager for the Beyond Van Gogh exhibit, and various titles at Ticketmaster from client support to event specialist. John’s extensive career in the entertainment industry is complemented by a BS in Sports Management from St. John Fisher University and an Associate Degree from Finger Lakes Community College.
