Phil Plowman

Phil Plowman is a Technical Services Manager at Global Clean Energy since August 2020. Prior to this, Phil held the title of Sr. PSM Engineer at the same company. Before joining Global Clean Energy, Phil worked as a PSM Manager at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V from May 2018. Phil has also worked as the Owner-Principal Consultant at H&S Consulting, under contract with Staatsolie in Paramarabo Suriname since April 2015. With a background as a Sr. Risk Management Specialist at Chevron and Principal Consultant at Atkins, Phil brings a wealth of experience to their current role. Phil has pursued a BS in Occupational Safety and Health, with a focus on Process Safety, Fire Sciences, and OSH at Columbia Southern University.
