Eugene Selivra

CEO & Co-Founder at Global Clinical Trials

Eugene Selivra, MD, is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Clinical Trials since its inception. He is responsible for global operational oversight and international corporate development.

Dr. Selivra received his medical degree from Pavlov Medical School in St. Petersburg, Russia. He was a head of geriatric department at the prestigious Bekhterev Psychiatric Institute. Lately, he is a visiting professor at Skoltech, a leading Russian Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, where he teaches course: “Clinical trials as an essential part of the innovation process in the pharmaceutical development” for post-graduate international students.

Dr. Selivra has over 25 years of experience conducting and managing clinical trials in the US and throughout Central-Eastern EU countries, Russia and Ukraine. He has completed multiple trainings by FDA, Association of Clinical Research Professionals, Drug Information Association.
