Tom Gilligan has a long and varied career in the technology industry. Tom began their career in 1981 as a Digital Design Engineer at IBM. In 1994, they moved to Modern Marketing Concepts as Vice President of Operations. Finally, in 2002, they became President of Global Cloud Solutions Inc. (GCS).
Tom Gilligan attended Union College from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering (BSEE).
