Asif Ghani

Asif Ghani has extensive experience in the field of data center design and management. Asif started their career at AMEC, where they worked as a Manager on the Jubilee Line Extension project. Asif then moved on to Ibsecad as an Associate, where they focused on IT management and infrastructure installation. After that, they joined hurleypalmerflatt as a CAD/IT Manager, responsible for managing the IT team and overseeing software and hardware installations. Asif then worked at KPF as a CAD Manager, where they managed and supported a large team of Architects and Technicians on various projects. Following this, they worked at Colt Technology Services as a Senior Manager, setting up a new CAD design office and implementing CAD standards. Asif continued their career at Colt Data Centre Services as the Global Head of Design, leading the design and delivery of multiple hyperscale data centers across EMEA, APAC, and India. Currently, Asif is serving as the Vice President of Edge Data Centre Strategy at Global Cloud Xchange.

Asif Ghani attended Kingston University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. In 1994, they studied AutoCAD Pt. 1&2 at Autodesk. In 1998, Asif Ghani attended Autodesk again, this time to study Autodesk 3D Studio Max. Additionally, in the same year, they studied Information Technology at C&G. In 2012, they completed a course in Autodesk Revit 2013 Pt. 1 at Autodesk.
