Surbhi Bargoti

Surbhi Bargoti is currently serving as a Junior Legal Counsel at Global Cloud Xchange since October 2021, following a series of internships in various legal settings. Prior legal internships include significant experience at Toshima Associates, where roles encompassed case notes, client management, and legal research on topics such as the Indian Evidence Act and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act. Surbhi's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Environmental Law, Energy, and Climate Change from O.P. Jindal Global University, a Bachelor's degree in law from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Indian Law Institute. Throughout internships, Surbhi developed a strong foundation in legal research and court procedures, assisting with various legal tasks and attending various court proceedings.
