Natalie Sayer

Natalie Sayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development. As the Principal and Founder of The Blair David Company since December 2003, Natalie specializes in guiding leaders through challenges and uncertainties, offering services such as executive coaching and team strategy development. In addition to co-founding Coaching Outstanding Teams, Natalie served as a Global Executive Coach with the Global Coaches Network from 2005 to 2023. Past roles include Treasurer for the Arizona Chapter of the National Speakers Association, President of the Arizona Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants, and Performance Consultant at Rummler-Brache. Natalie also has a robust engineering background, with positions at Lear Corporation and General Motors, where responsibilities included engineering management and Six Sigma process improvements. Educational credentials include a BME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MSMSE in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan, along with a coaching certification from CoachU.
