Meredith Buxton

Meredith Buxton has a diverse work experience. Meredith is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Global Coalition for Adaptive Research since March 2020. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer from January 2019 to February 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Clinical Trial Strategy at Berry Consultants, LLC. Prior to that, at UCSF, they held the positions of Assistant Professor (2014-2017), Research Director (2009-2016), and Executive Director at I-SPY TRIALS Consortium (2009-2016). Meredith also worked as a Research Program Manager at UCSF Breast Care Center from 2003 to 2008 and as the Managing Editor at the Journal of the American Medical Women's Association from 1997 to 2002.

Meredith Buxton has a Bachelor's degree in English from Stanford University. Meredith also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Columbia University School of Public Health. Meredith's highest degree is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Epidemiology, which they obtained from Columbia University.
