Shane Brennan

Shane Brennan is a seasoned professional in communications and strategy, currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Strategy, Partnerships, and Policy at the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) since December 2023, where responsibilities include leading communications for the global membership organization focused on temperature-controlled logistics. Prior to this, Shane Brennan was the Chief Executive of the Cold Chain Federation from July 2018 to November 2023, overseeing the UK temperature-controlled logistics sector. Shane Brennan also held the position of Director of External Affairs at The CLA from November 2014 to July 2018, building an effective external affairs strategy and leading a team of communications professionals. Earlier career experience includes serving as Public Affairs Director and Public Affairs Executive at the Association of Convenience Stores, managing communication strategies and monitoring political developments. Shane Brennan holds an MA in History and a BA in History and Politics from the University of Warwick.
