Simon Worrall

Simon Worrall has extensive experience in global security and humanitarian operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of the Office of Global Security at Global Communities since July 2016. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions within the Norwegian Refugee Council, including multiple tenures as Country Director and Security Coordinator, showcasing leadership in crisis management and operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Security Advisor at Welthungerhilfe and Director of Operations and Security at the National Democratic Institute. Simon's background also includes significant roles within the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities ranged from Emergency Field Coordinator to Deputy Country Director of Operations.
