Global Company Culture Association
GCCA is a global community of people passionate about Company Culture and making the world of work a better place. Join for free at www.GlobalCompanyCultureAssociation.com Many of us are passionate about improving the way we work. The world of work is a grind for so many people leading to an all-time Global low in Employee Engagement. This costs everybody including the company, its leaders, and the entire team. In addition, it is the largest silent tax on Companies everywhere. The world of work doesn’t have to be this way. You know that. It is hard and lonely to change such a deeply embedded problem by yourself. We need a movement of thinkers, strategists, and doers. A movement uniting all who are passionate about Company Culture to drive meaningful change. Working together we can make the world of work a better place for everyone. JOIN THE EVOLUTION We evolved from hunting and gathering, farming and factories. It is time for a new Evolution in the way we work. Major disruption is occurring all around us and old methodologies will not move us into the future. They say if it isn’t broke don’t fix it. With 15% Global employee engagement rate, it is clearly in need of an evolution. THE WORLD IS FLAT Thanks to technological advances, you can communicate with someone halfway around the world as you can with someone down the street. As the world becomes increasingly interdependent, there are massive opportunities for us to share, collaborate, learn from, and participate in changing Company Cultures for the better on a Global scale. For the first time in history we can share real time information, participate in Global projects, crowdsource next practices, and learn from each other while sharing our expertise. If you’ve got a problem or just want to grow, the Global Company Culture Community is a tremendous resource.
