Global Connections
Ian Prescott has extensive experience in missionary work and strategic leadership within OMF International since February 1986, currently serving as the International Strategy Coordinator for Vietnamese Diaspora Returnee Ministries. Ian has held multiple significant roles, including Vietnam Field Director and International Director for Evangelization, overseeing OMF's field operations in East Asia. In addition, Ian has served as the New Ventures Field Director and Mongolia Field Director, focusing on ministry development in North Korea and Mongolia. Ian's leadership extends to church planting efforts in the Philippines, having led and participated in multiple church-planting initiatives. Currently, Ian is the Catalyst for Diaspora Ministries at Global Connections and has previously taught at All Nations Christian College. Ian holds a D.Miss. from Fuller Theological Seminary, along with a Cambridge Diploma in Religious Studies and an MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
