Shishir Pandit

Shishir Pandit has a diverse range of work experience. Shishir started their career as an intern at PwC and then worked as an intern at Pitcher Partners. Shishir then joined Deloitte Australia as a Management Consultant in Strategy & Operations. After that, they worked at Pinnacle Group Australia as a Management Consultant in Strategy and later as a Business Development Manager.

In 2012, Shishir became involved with Global Consulting Group (GCG), initially as a Project Consultant and later as Director, Chair, and ultimately as CEO. GCG is a charity that provides pro-bono consulting services to other charities and not-for-profits.

In 2015, Shishir established their own independent consulting firm, SP Consulting, where they focused on strategy and operations, empowering people and teams to find smart solutions to strategic challenges.

Shishir has also been a keynote speaker at various conferences and events, delivering impactful presentations for organizations such as World Vision, Headspace, Engineers Without Borders, and TEDxUniMelb.

In 2021, Shishir served as a Board Observer at the Gardiner Dairy Foundation, and in 2022, they worked as a Climate Tech Fellow at Startmate, a leading startup accelerator and seed fund.

Currently, Shishir holds the position of Strategy & Commercialisation Lead in Cleantech at Helixos, a position they started in 2023.

Throughout their career, Shishir has shown a commitment to making a positive impact in the world by addressing significant challenges and empowering those who do good to do better.

Shishir Pandit holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from Monash University. Shishir also attended the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership for The Colloquium. Additionally, they studied at Glen Waverley Secondary College.
