Weng Jennifer J.

Jennifer J. Weng, serves as an independent non-executive director and also chairman of Audit Committee. Prior to the Business Combination on June 30, 2009, Ms. Weng was Pantheon’s chief financial officer and secretary since its inception. She has been serving as senior partner and adviser to a number of private equity investment funds in United States and China since 2009. Previously, she held research and financial management positions with companies including Mizuho and Morgan Stanley in New York. Ms. Weng received a B.A. from Tongji University, China and an M.B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
