Harry Palmer

Harry Palmer is a Senior Associate in Financial Services at Global Counsel since April 2022, where involvement has included a secondment as a Policy Specialist for Tulip Siddiq MP in the House of Commons from November 2023 to April 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Policy Manager and Policy Analyst at UK Finance from September 2018 to April 2022, and as a Team Leader for Enactus in Bristol from February 2016 to July 2017, leading team strategies and managing social enterprises.
