Jack V.

Jack V. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Jack started their career in 1996 as a Regional Trainer/Bartender at Chili's and worked there until 2004. Jack then joined Global Data Systems (GDS) in 2004 as a Solutions Architect and played a significant role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for clients. In 2016, Jack joined Cox Business as a Sales Engineering II for a brief period of 1 year. Jack returned to GDS in 2017 and took on the role of Inside Sales Manager, where they supervised and coordinated activities of the inside sales team. Currently, Jack works at Global Data Systems as the Director of Sales Operations, where they are responsible for driving revenue and optimizing sales team performance through effective sales enablement processes, systems, analytics, and data. Jack collaborates closely with sales and marketing leadership to define and improve sales enablement strategies.

Jack V. attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Computer Engineering. Jack has obtained certifications such as Certified Meraki Networking Associate (CMNA) from Cisco Meraki in 2016, Cisco Collaboration Architecture Systems Engineer from Cisco in July 2012, and CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate) from Cisco in March 2012. Additionally, they hold certifications from Microsoft and VMware, including Microsoft Certified Licensing Expert and VMware VSP and VTSP (VMware Sales Professional and Technical Solutions Professional) respectively.
