Fernando de la Torre is currently working as a Local Liaison for GDCI and Co-Founder of Fulgur Bikes - Bicicletas Urbanas. With a background in graphic design and extensive experience in promoting sustainable urban mobility, Fernando has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Secretaría de Movilidad Quito, Quito Bike Tours, and The Mobility Network EU. Fernando has a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a Diploma in Transportation/Mobility Management. Their expertise lies in designing sustainable infrastructure, promoting non-motorized transportation, and advocating for urban mobility solutions.
