Tanmayata Bansal

Tanmayata Bansal is a seasoned professional in strategy and development with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at The Global Development Incubator since January 2022, Tanmayata has also held the role of Interim Chief of Staff at Malengo and provided consulting services for USAID-DIV at CRI Foundation. Previous experiences include monetizing investment impact at Y Analytics, conducting evaluations for the National Rural Livelihoods Mission with 3ie, and coordinating a prize-winning project on gender-based sexual violence at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Noteworthy contributions include strategy development for Jacaranda Health in Nairobi, significant roles at J-PAL focusing on monitoring and evaluation, and early career research internships with Grant Thornton LLP and TERI University.
