Javier Barroeta

Javier Barroeta currently serves as the Head of Structured Finance & Treasury at Dominion Global, a position held since January 2019, and previously held the role of Corporate Treasury Manager. Prior to this, Javier worked as the Consolidation & Reporting Manager at Velatia from August 2017 to December 2018, and as a Financial Consolidation and Cash Flow Analyst at Sacyr from November 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities included the consolidation and review of financial statements and preparation of consolidated annual accounts. Javier holds a Master in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from IEB (2016 - 2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration alongside a Master in Management Development from the University of Deusto (2008 - 2013). Additionally, Javier completed an Advanced Course in Consolidation of Financial Statements and a focused IFRS program at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros (2014 - 2015), as well as a Focused Financial Management Programme from IEB (2014 - 2015).
