Jesús María Herrera Barandiaran

Jesus Maria Herrera Barandiaran holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country, with a Master's in Internationalization from Euroforum. He joined CIE Automotive in 1991 as Finance and HR Director at CIE Orbelan. In 1995 he was appointed deputy manager and in 1998 he assumed the general direction of the company. In the year 2000 he takes charge of CIE Brazil; him as well as of CIE Plasfil in 2002. That year he is appointed world director of CIE Plastic until 2005, when he is responsible for the general management of CIE America. Since 2010, he has been the CEO of Autometal SA. In 2011 he was appointed director of operations for the entire group, a year later he took office as general director of CIE Automotive. In 2013, the Board of Directors appointed Herrera CEO of CIE Automotive.
