Oscar Moreno Alvarez

Oscar Moreno Alvarez is an experienced leader in engineering and construction, currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Construction for America and Europe at Dominion Global since 2002, where oversight includes a team of over 2500 across 15 countries. Previously, as the Operational Chief Human Resources Officer for the T&T Services Division in Spain, Oscar managed over 1700 employees and implemented labor policies while also incorporating responsibilities for Operational Health and Safety. Additional experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Northern & Eastern Regions in Spain within the T&T Services Division, managing 250+ employees across five branches. Oscar's early career included a role as a Switching Engineer for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, contributing to significant telecom projects in Argentina and Italy.
